We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for most of our deliveries as we find that they are still the most competitive and the most reliable service provider. Due to the weight variation of the products which we sell we have to set a minimum postage cost which is £3.00 per order. The increases in rates from there are according the Royal Mail costs.
Our Delivery Charges
Purchases up to £15.00 Standard Rate £3.00
Purchases £15.01 to £50.00 Standard Rate £5.00
Purchases £50.01 to £75.00 Standard Rate £7.00
£75.01 and above Standard Rate - £10.00
Royal Mail and Parcel Force stipulate between 3-5 days standard delivery from date of despatch. We will endeavour to send out your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, however, should we be waiting for any items to come back into stock this may take a few days longer. We will do our best to get your goods to you as soon as possible and in any case within 28 days. High Value items will be sent recorded delivery and must be signed for.
Any further delays and we prefer to contact you by phone so please leave a contact number.
Additional Postage may be required depending on weight and size of the parcel and although we aim to keep our costs to an absolute minimum, we may need to contact you for additional postage costs.
This will be done within 28 days of posting.
In order to keep our costs to an absolute minimum we recycle all of our manufactuers yarn delivery bags by using these to send your parcels to you. This sometimes results in some "odd" shaped parcels however, we always make sure that they are absolutely secure. Should you have any concerns about this then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns & exchanges
All returns:
* must be sent within 21 working days to RnB Dancewear, 22 Lister Road, North West Industrial Estate, Peterlee, Co. Durham, SR8 2RB for either an exchange or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48HR from receipt of the order.
* must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
* must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
All tights, make-up and special orders are a final sale and cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statuory rights.
There is no charge for exchanges however please note there is a £2 handling charge per item for ALL refunds for goods received after 21 days. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks. Post Christmas orders can be returned up to the end of January.
Back orders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item which you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. If you are ordering goods for a show, audition or a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment (e.g large quantities/large sizes etc).
